During his downtime, Hayes likes catching a football game or watching a movie. He’s also passionate about exploring hands-on skills and preparedness practices that build self-reliance in the outdoors.
Randall Taylor, COO
Randy serves as the Chief Operations Officer where he oversees operations, workforce management, and quality measures for our educational, commercial, and government facilities. With extensive experience in custodial and facility services, Randy ensures that every client receives consistent, high-quality results tailored to their unique environment. Known for his hands-on leadership style, Randy fosters a culture of accountability, teamwork, and respect. He is committed to sustainability, professionalism, and client satisfaction—ensuring that operations not only meet but exceed expectations. On the weekends you can often find Randy with a cigar in one hand while manning the grill with the other as he enjoys time with his family.
Stacy West Taylor, CFO
Stacy serves as the Chief Financial Officer where she oversees all financial strategy and planning. With more than twenty-five years of experience in corporate finance, accounting, and strategic leadership, Stacy brings a proven track record of driving sustainable growth. She is known for her collaborative leadership style and fosters strong partnerships across departments. Stacy is committed to integrity, accountability, and innovation – ensuring that financial strategies not only support business objectives but also reflect the company’s values. When not working, she enjoys creating with acrylics, playing with her two dachshunds, and hiking.
Christian Long, RDO – Southeast Region
Christian serves as the Regional Director of Operations, overseeing custodial and facility services across multiple sites in Alabama, Florida and Georgia. With a strong background in operations management and team leadership, he ensures that every client receives consistent, high-quality service tailored to their facility’s needs. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Christian is committed to professionalism and client satisfaction. By aligning operational strategies with company values, he ensures that every facility served is clean, safe, and welcoming. When not traveling for J&H Janitorial Company, Christian can be found throwing a ball to his handsome and energetic labrador retriever or relaxing with a good book.
